I began my professional career in the gaming industry as an auditor for Harrah’s Casino in Pompano Beach, FL. Then spent almost 10 years with a vertically integrated commercial real estate and development company where I led several software transitions and upgrades coupled with many years of clean audits. Deciding to branch out on my own, Three22 Consulting was born and I began consulting for small businesses and served as the Managing Director of Accounting for a newly formed commercial real estate firm that was crowned South Florida Business Journal’s fastest growing company in 2023. While serving the firm, I organized and trained the Accounting Department and led a successful software integration while navigating the challenges that come with a quickly growing entity. I am skilled in exploring opportunities to improve financial and operational systems. Adept at performing financial analysis, calculating operations metrics as well as managing budget and preparing financial forecasts. Well-versed with accounting and finance standards with track record of ensuring compliance with established guidelines. Capable of developing business processes and policies to maintain internal controls. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and achieve set objectives within a challenging and pressure-driven environment. Proficient in building relations at all levels.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in international marketing and finance with a minor in political science from the University of Miami. As a South Florida native, I love water sports and volunteering with a local youth organization geared at financial literacy.
